Terms of service

These terms apply to Setu at onlyfunds.space. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Setu.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away at techfundingspace@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

You own what you post: your profile, startup listing, pitch decks and forum posts. You give Setu permission to store it and to show it to the people the product shows it to (for example, a published listing to other members), only to run the service. Remove it, or delete your account, and that permission ends.

Acceptable use

Do not use Setu to:

• post anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone's rights;
• impersonate a person, startup, incubator or investor;
• send spam or unsolicited promotion, or scrape other members' information;
• break, overload or get around the security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Information on Setu is not advice

Details of government schemes, grants and funds are collected from public sources to help you find them. They can be out of date or incomplete; always confirm with the official source before you apply. Nothing on Setu, including AI-generated pitch deck feedback, is financial, legal or investment advice.

The service

Setu is provided as it is, without warranties. We work to keep it available and correct but cannot promise it will always be, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Ending your use

You can stop using Setu and ask us to delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
